Working with serviced apartment booking and relocation agents is a significant part of our business. Our expertise and market knowledge enable us to deliver a one-stop service for all your temporary housing requirements. Our clients benefit from being able to book apartments as easily as they can book a hotel – either through our own website, account booking portals or the GDS. For those that prefer a more personal service, a dedicated Account Manager is always on hand to provide guidance, information and support.
Serviced apartments are now an established component of most corporate travel programmes. With a growing portfolio of apartments within 24/7 concierge blocks suitable for nightly stays, we’re closing the traditional gap between hotels and serviced apartments and making apartments available to transitory travellers. Most of our apartments are available through mainstream channel managers and the GDS, providing live availability. We work with a growing number of TMC’s and a dedicated TMC team will be delighted to assist with connectivity to live availability. We participate in a growing number of hotel RFP’s offering serviced apartments as an alternative stay experience and welcome any request to propose our solutions.
