It has also been instrumental in the longevity of our relationships with some of the largest companies in the world.

How do we do this? It's simple, we never ever take a commission from our suppliers when acting on behalf of our clients
We charge a simple transaction fee for the work that we do. It means that we remain an impartial and very substantial buyer in the market place. As an example, if you book with one of our competitors a 1 weeks stay in a serviced apartment in London; they may offer you a price of say £800. Their service appears free – apart from the 10% commission they take from the supplier. We always ask for the non commissionable price, delivering the apartment at closer to £720. We then charge a flat fee for the transaction instead that is fixed with you – always delivering a lower overall cost to you, the client.
