Our Agency Relations team are available from 08:30 to 18:30 (UK). They can help with any third party agent looking to book one of our apartments. We work with a range of agents including TMC’s, serviced apartment booking agents and relocation agents, and are happy to provide a dedicated service.
We are an award-winning manager of our own branded serviced apartments. Working in partnership with our Investor Clients, we operate just over 1,000 apartments across Central London under Leases and Management Agreements. Our in-house expertise covers all aspects of property management from site selection and investment appraisal, procurement and development management, property operations and estates, to managing our unique and comprehensive sales platform. Our Portfolio Management team work with developers, building owners, investors and agents to continue the expansion of our branded apartments both here in the UK and overseas.
