With a dedicated team building our network, we’ve also personally inspected a vast majority of these and work on a continuous inspection cycle.

By leasing properties in the long term rental market and delivering turnkey services that effectively create a bespoke client portfolio of fully Serviced Apartments, we are able to deliver substantial savings over the cost of traditional Serviced Apartments and have been able to offer temporary housing solutions in locations that otherwise lack suitable supply.

Developed specifically for our large number of inbound assignee’s from India we have designed a fantastic familiarisation program to provide practical advice and information regarding accommodation for overseas assignees. Given the cultural differences, this often helps assignee’s feel more comfortable in their unfamiliar surroundings when first arriving in the UK or Europe and helps employers carry out their duty of care to assist in the familiarisation of their employees into the UK. 

This service has proved to be so popular that we now run it in the UK to many of our corporate clients.

Moving home is a BIG deal! Our team offer a full range of support services for assignees who require assistance with sourcing their new home. From negotiating leases, setting up utilities to purchasing a mobile phone, our ‘settling in service’ will take the hassle out of the process.

In addition, we can arrange a bespoke VIP assistance service to include items like school search and property tours to ensure a smooth re-location.
