Terms and Conditions
Booking Procedure
All of our apartments can be booked online: simply complete the online booking form.
No payment details will be taken online. Once you have submitted your online booking,
a member of our reservations team will contact you to arrange credit card/debit
card payment (usually within two hours – M-F 9:00-17:30).
Currency Conversions
For your convenience, we enable you to view apartment rates in different currencies.
Exchange rate data provided by XE.com is used to calculate these foreign currency
rates. This information is updated daily; however, go Native cannot guarantee the
accuracy of any rates viewed in foreign currencies. All payments and transactions
are processed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Payment
Once we have received your card details you will be charged for the full length
of your stay. At this point your booking is guaranteed. For guests making a booking
for a stay of 1 month or longer, payment by instalment is available. Please discuss
this with the reservationist when they contact you to arrange payment. Please carefully
read our cancellation policy below.
Ways to Pay
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American
Express.
Please note that a 2% surcharge will be added for Visa/Mastercard payments, and
a 2.95% surcharge will be added to American Express transactions.
Damages
While Go Native does not charge a deposit, guests are responsible for any damages
caused during their stay. If the apartment cannot be sold due to said damages Go
Native also reserves the right to charge guests for lost income whilst the property
is being repaired so it can be deemed fit for purpose. The person who made the booking
(and guest) will be kept informed of these potential charges and documented / photographic
evidence will be available. These charges will be billed to the original booking
credit card, unless other arrangements are requested at the time of departure.

Cancellation Policy
Please note the following conditions regarding our Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations Prior to Arrival:
For stays of 1-6 nights, notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 72 hours prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the full cost of the booking.
For stays of 7-27 nights, notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 7 days prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the cost of 7 nights.
For stays of 28+ nights, notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 14 days prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the cost of 14 nights.
Cancellations After Arrival (early departure):
For stays of 7+ nights, notice of early departure is required, in writing, 14 days prior to the guest’s new departure date. Please note: you may be subject to an increased rate band (see below) should your final length of stay be shorter than the original booking period.
1-14 Nights: Band 1
15-27 Nights: Band 2
28-89 Nights: Band 3
90+ Nights: Band 4
