Go Native have identified an opportunity to develop a mid market , cost-effective Serviced Apartment solution attractive to the mass corporate and leisure markets and capable of delivering income returns well beyond residential market yields.
Go Native is actively seeking opportunities in the market and is looking for investment to create an operational portfolio of 3000 serviced apartments by 2014 primarily located in the Greater London area.
Go Native will:
- Source opportunities and conduct desktop valuations and due diligence
- Source and structure debt finance
- Provide Development Management services
- Act as Asset Manager providing regular reporting and performance data
- Operate and Manage complete assets under an O&M agreement or Lease
