What is Eco-Rating?
In order to enable our clients to make environmentally sound choices, we have developed an eco-rating questionnaire which is sent to every supplier in our network. Every
serviced apartments supplier responding to the questionnaire is given an Eco-Rating reflecting the efforts made to reduce their waste, conserve energy, build sustainably and reduce their overall impact on the environment.
The rating system has been developed in consultation with a number of our larger corporate clients. As well as providing clients with more information, we hope that our Eco-Rating system will raise environmental awareness within the temporary housing industry.
