What are Guest Ratings?

We have run internal guest rating surveys for many years. These have provided us and our clients with a clear understanding of which serviced apartment providers have met the expectations of our guests. 

Our clients have asked us to make guest ratings of accommodation readily accessible to all future guests to enable them to better assess the Serviced Apartment options that we present them with.

The Guest Ratings system is in its launch phase. During the launch phase visitors to our site will be able to view a simple overall rating for every property that has been guest rated. In the coming months we plan to provide more specific ratings and guest comments.
