Managing our Impact
We were the first operator to go carbon neutral back in 2007 and have spent ten years pioneering sustainability in our industry. We have set energy reduction targets across our Managed Portfolio, and we participate annually in the Carbon Disclosure Project, with support from two of our largest clients. Whether you’re staying in an apartment with an on-site concierge or one of our smaller, boutique properties, you can be sure of award-winning customer service from our reservations and guest support teams.
If staying for a week or longer, your apartment will be serviced weekly including a clean, and change of linen and towels. If you’d like a more frequent cleaning service or any additional services, just ask.
